Minerva’s Quill Tattoo is an artist owned private tattoo studio located on Route 11/15 between Marysville and Duncannon, PA. We strive to offer a welcoming atmosphere in a clean and friendly environment. At our studio we provide professionally designed tattoos, covering a broad range of styles and techniques, by career artists with a collective 30+ years experience.

As a private tattoo studio, we do not offer piercings or walk ins. All clients must be 18+ and any guests must be 16+ to enter the shop.
