Deposit policy

A non refundable deposit is required to schedule, this holds your appointment date and time in the artists calendar.

The deposit amount is determined by each individual artist.

The deposit will go towards the price of the tattoo, if more than one session is required the deposit can be applied to that days work or rolled over for the next session. If a deposit is applied to same day work, a new deposit will be required to get back in the schedule.

Last minute cancellations or not showing up to your appointment will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellation policy

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel appointments, this allows the artist time to fill the appointment spot.

If running late to your appointment please contact your artist, running more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation.

identification & Consent

No one under the age of 16 years old is permitted in the shop and all clients must be 18+ to get tattooed.

All clients must complete the Tattoo Consent Form and provide valid photo ID.

right to refuse service

Nobody under the age of 16 years old is permitted in the shop, clients who bring children or pets will be turned away.

Do not arrive to your tattoo appointment under the influence of substances or alcohol, if you smell like alcohol you will be turned away.

Artists have the right to refuse tattoo designs that are hateful, gang related, or go against their professional boundaries.

As a private studio, our artists prefer to take on designs that will continue to build our professional portfolio. Design requests that are outside of the artists preference may be referred to another artist, in shop or other local artists, who is fully capable of executing the desired outcome.
